Designed to achieve precision results, CHEFTOP-X is all about performance. For example, by increasing the number of fans in the chamber and combining this with the unique AIR.tornado technology to achieve an incredible fan speed of 3,600 revolutions per minute, the oven can produce uniform results while reducing cooking time by as much as 15% when compared to a conventional combi oven.
Intuitive and designed to learn from the intricacies of each chef, CHEFTOP-X instinctively adapts to a sites menu routinely asking for the chef's feedback after the cooking process to improve and align performance with their expectation.
