Service Call Request

We have a network of service partners covering the UK mainland only with fully qualified refrigeration engineers that support Arctica product sold with warranty. Our engineers are fully trained to the latest certifications, included F-Gas training.

We recommend the below points are checked prior to placing a warranty call, as work may become chargeable if there is evidence of misuse or no genuine fault is found

  • Check the power supply if the display is blank and the unit is not operating
  • Check the condenser is clean and clear of dirt and dust
  • Ensure the door is closed if the door opening alarm is being alerted.
  • Check to ensure product/boxes are not blocking the cabinet airflow if the internal cabinet temperature is uneven
  • To report a warranty call and arrange an engineer visit, please submit the form below.

    On receipt on your request, we will contact you with ETA of attendance (Engineer visit is Monday to Friday 9-5pm, excludes weekends or bank holidays)

    Please note: The warranty period applies in the event of a mechanical breakdown only. Items supplied with an extended warranty must be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Exclusions from the standard warranty conditions includes; Door gaskets, bulbs, refrigerant, shelves, tray slides, ladder rack , glass, filters, mains plug and lead and castors/legs.
