The E3625 electric chargrill is ideal for kitchens that can't or won't use traditional gas models. Food is cooked directly upon the elements, providing the attractive branding that is expected from chargrilling. Elements heat up very quickly so unit can be switched off during quieter periods. No water is required in the drip tray, it is only there to catch grease and debris.
