Fryer Angel is an integrated safety system that reduces the risk to kitchen staff, customers and the general public, while also stopping any direct damage to equipment, premises and surrounding facilities. The smart sensor checks on low/high oil levels & temperatures at various points such as oil draining and then automatically switches the Fryer off under potentially dangerous circumstances, cutting down on the risk of injury and kitchen fires.
