The Tournus s/steel sterilizing cabinet is a neat and hygienic solution to knife sterilization in your kitchen area. It features a UV radiation light with automatic cut-off feature when the transparent acrylic door is opened. An externally mounted control knob allows the period of UV exposure to be adjusted up to 2 hours. (1.5 hr operating time recommended). The cabinet itself has rounded edges and sloping tops to prevent dust build up or inappropriate storage. The magnetic door features pull handle and steel hinges. The cabinet is IP24 rated and features a removable knife storage rack inside. It comes with 1.2 m electrical cable and plug top, for connection to a 230v 50 Hz supply ( 15-30 W)
