The Hallde VCB61 Vertical Cutter Blender has a 6 litre stainless steel bowl. The machine has a sealed lid and a scraper system with four scrapers. The knife unit is made from high quality aluminium and has four knives; two large serrated cutting knives and two smaller turning knives. The machine has one speed (1,500 rpm) and a pulse function. The machine is controlled by a turning knob and not buttons. The motor rotates the knife unit directly, without intermediate belts.
