CED Glide 3/1 Gastronorm Ceran Glass Top Hot Cupboard with Tray Rail & Gantry

This ceran glass hotplate hot cupboard features a heated gantry c/w reversible curved top glass for either standard self help or optional ass. serve use, the gantry also has side glass. The ceran top section is formed in the worktop to accommodate up to 1/1GN size flat bottom Gn pans or dishes (not included). The hotplate surface allow for a varied mix of GN pans or dishes to be displayed per gastronorm section. The GN pans are heated by heater mats mounted under the glass surface and heated gantry overhead. (Cast iron dishes are not suitable). The hot cupboard uses fan blown heating to evenly distribute heat around the cupboard space. Behind lift-off rear sliding s/steel cupboard doors, are two tiers of removable, adjustable height grid shelves for plate/ GN pan storage. The wire shelves help distribute heat around the cupboard and support up to six 1-1 Gn size (150mm deep) GN pans (not included). The front/side base panels are finished in leathergrain plastisol steel, colour merlin grey. The ceran hotplate/ hot gantry/ power control is by neon on-off switch. Hot cupbd. control is by thermostat. The model comes with lockable castors, folding tubular s/steel tray slide & 13A UK plug top & 3m lead.
