The Sammic Combi Veg Prep / Cutter machines are designed to process large amounts of fruit and vegetables quickly, safely and hygienically, whilst saving on staff costs, and achieving a quick return on investment. These machines are ideal for schools, hospitals, busy cafes, pubs, restaurants & hotels, and offer in-built safety features to ensure maximum safety for the operator. The CK-35V is a Single phase machine, and is equipped with a variable speed brushless motor. As a food processor, it comes with a 5.5 litre st/steel bowl, complete with bowl scraper and micro-serrated blades, making it perfect for liquidising foods in seconds, as well as chopping, mixing and processing other ingredients quickly and easily. In addition, the food processor mode offers a timer feature for maximum efficiency. The stainless steel bowl is incredibly strong and the lid includes a chute so ingredients can effortlessly be added during processing. As a vegetable preparation machine, its ergonomic design enables the product to be cut in one single movement. The universal attachment is made from cast aluminium and is easily detachable for cleaning purposes. The universal attachment includes an inlet for long vegetables, along with a separate inlet (136cm squared) for larger items such as onions, potatoes, tomatoes etc. Up to 450 kg/hour output.
