The Food Waste Strainer is designed and manufactured by Mechline to fit completely and securely into standard size (600 x 450) commercial kitchen sink bowls in order to capture food particles rinsed from dirty dishes, to prevent them from entering the drainage system. PLEASE NOTE - For the system to work efficiently an upstand is required. No upstand is supplied with the Food Waste Strainer – use your existing upstand or add one to your basket when ordering.
