Built to last, the OD8006/P is constructed on a stong and robust steel chassis with heavy duty pan supports. Powerful, 7kW burners give chefs more heat to work with. Dual concentric rings provide focused heat distribution, from a low simmer to a high heat, whatever the pan size. The fan assisted electric oven delivers uniform heat and consistent cooking results across the interior which can easily accomodate 3 x GN1/1.
