The heavy duty Lincat Opus 800 Propane Gas Fryer Twin Tank 600mm is specifically designed to cope with the everyday rigours of a busy commercial kitchen. Pumped filtration means the oil can be filtered and the fryer ready to fry again in under 5 minutes, meaning oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot, maximising oil life.
