The LightFry commercial air fryer is based on Air Fry Technology and is ideal for cooking an extensive range of food without the need for oil. Using a combination of steam, hot air and motion, the cooking process is divided into two steps: first, a steam phase where the product is thoroughly cooked, folowed by the crisp phase, which uses very hot, dry air to provide an even, crispy surface. The complete cooking process takes place in a rotating basket, inside a closed oven chamber.
