The choosing behind Classic Blue 19-4052

Leatrice Eiseman, The Executive Director released an explanation of the concept behind the choosing of the 2020 Pantone Colour.

"We are living in a time that requires trust and faith. It is kind of a constancy and confidence that is expressed by Pantone 19-4052 Classic Blue, a solid and dependable blue hue we can always rely on. Imbued with a deep resonance, Classic Blue provides an anchoring foundation. A boundless blue evocative of the vast and infinite evening sky, Classic Blue encourages us to look beyond the obvious to expand our thinking; challenging us to think more deeply, increase our perspective and the open flow of communication."

Classic Blue 'the universal favourite' is described as 'non aggressive and easily relatable', with the ability to lend itself to relaxed interaction which is a positive when adding it to table settings as you'll be able to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere that reach the needs of your specific audience.

How to create a table setting based around Classic Blue 19-4052

This colour can be expanded from the walls to the crockery on the tables, even through finer details if the colour is too bold for your preferred dining setting.

In this fine dine setting, they've created 'relaxing' atmospheric feel that the Classic Blue is said to produce by using it within the lights. This is a subtle way of using it within a dining setting, they've also used the Pantone Colour as ribbons on the napkins and by doing this they've not made it overly powerful to look at. To ensure that this look is pulled off, we'd suggest using the pure white tableware from RAK Porcelains 'Access' collection. The all white will complement the reflective blue tone that is given off from the lighting to create a memorable experience.

If being bold is what you desire then be adventurous with Classic Blue crockery in your dining setting, we suggest using tableware from the RAK Porcelains 'Lea' collection. To complement this gorgeous tableware, you could choose to have a white table sheet to enhance the peace that is radiated from this elegant colour.

"Instilling calm, confidence, and connection, this enduring blue hue highlights our desire for a dependable and stable foundation on which to build as we cross the threshold into a new era." This chosen colour is sure to fit and succeed in any dining setting or atmosphere, with the power to boost communication it couldn't be a better colour to add to your restaurant. Will you thrive to add confidence and connection by experimenting with the Pantone Colour of 2020?
