Monday 13th February 2023: H5009 'Highchair Assembled Natural' & H5028 'Highchair Natural Self-Assembly'

The following Product Recall Notice has been issued to inform you that Bunzl UK Ltd T/A Lockhart has voluntarily initiated a recall to remove H5009 Highchair Assembled Natural and H5028 Highchair Natural Self-Assembly (the “Affected Product(s)”) from circulation. No other products within our range are affected.

We have been advised by our manufacturer that the Affected Product(s) may have a safety fault. As a precaution, we are advising all customers who received the Affected Product(s) between 1 November 2022 and 31 January 2023 to stop using the Affected Product(s) and remove the Affected Product(s) from operation

Please communicate this information to all those who need to be aware of the product recall within your organisation or to any organisation where the Affected Product(s) have been transferred and request that any Affected Product(s) are disposed of using your normal disposal procedures. Please do not return the Affected Product(s) to us.

We will replace all Affected Product(s) ordered from us, regardless of the date of despatch, free of charge. We intend to deliver replacement quality assured products, from week commencing 20th February 2023. We will process these orders manually free of charge. If you require the replacement product(s) to be processed in a different way, please advise us as soon as possible.
