Winter Spice Negroni by Voodoo Cocktails
Festive Spices make up this seasonal twist on the Classic Negroni – perfect for warming you up this winter.
• 25ml of your preferred bitter liqueur (e.g. Campari) • 25ml Gin (Dry) • 25ml Sweet Vermouth • 10ml Winter Spice Syrup • Handful of iceMix in mixing glass with ice then strain over one cube of ice in rocks. We recommend serving this cocktail into our exceptional and unbreakable Plasma Hiball Tumbler and then finally garnish with rosemary cinnamon and dehydrated grapefruit.

Espresso Martini Cocktail by Waitrose
The kick you will need to get you through Christmas – made for the coffee lovers.
• 40ml of your preferred Vodka (e.g. Grey Goose) • 30ml Espresso Coffee • 20ml KahluaPut all the ingredients apart from the coffee beans in a cocktail shaker. Shake hard, strain once, then strain again into a stylish and high-quality Glacial Martini Glass. Garnish with coffee beans.

White Lady by BBC Good Food
If you are after a refreshing cocktail this festive season, then look no further – this Christmas classic will be just what you need.
• 50ml Gin (dry) • 25ml Triple Sec • 25ml Lemon Juice • 2tsp Sugar Syrup • ½ Egg white (optional) • Handful of iceShake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold, then strain the mixture. Discard the ice, then return the drink to the shaker and shake again until the egg white is frothy.
Pour into a shatterproof and high clarity Plasma Cocktail Glass, finally garnish with a twist of lemon zest to serve.

Grey Goose le fizz by Jamie Oliver
Simple and refreshing with an aromatic edge – you will not want to pass this boozy drink up.
• 25ml Elderflower Liqueur • 50ml Grey Goose Vodka • 70ml Ice Cold Soda Water • Handful of iceFill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the elderflower and lime juice mix. Add the vodka to the cocktail shaker and shake until the ice is broken and the shaker is cold on the outside. Empty your glass of ice, then pour in the liquid using a cocktail strainer. Serve up in a Glacial Aquamarine Flute and top up with soda water and garnish with a stirrer.

Mulled New York Sour by Jay McNeely
A festive twist on the New York Sour using mulled wine and ginger syrup – we wonder what this combination tastes like.
• 60ml Bourbon • 30ml Ginger Syrup • 30ml Lemon Juice • 15ml Shiraz Mulled Wine • Full Egg WhiteShake all ingredients except the mulled wine with ice and pour into a Glacial Coupe Cocktail Glass. Using the back of a barspoon, gently layer the mulled wine on top of the mix. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

The Christmas Grasshopper by Voodoo Cocktails
Not a fan of the classic cocktails? – enjoy a boozy drink that tastes like a chocolate after eight
• 15ml Crème de Menth • 15ml White Chocolate Liqueur • 50ml Double Cream • 15ml of your preferred Vodka • 3 dashes of Chocolate Bitter • 5ml Vanilla SyrupShake everything over ice then fine strain into a Plasma Metro Wine Glass and garnish with a mini candy cane.
