On March 20th, Adam Smith, a hospitality chef for Independents, won Sodexo Chef Of The Year 2023 at the Hotel, Restaurant and catering event held at Excel London.
Between the 30th and 31st of March 2023, Lockhart Catering Equipment had the pleasure of awarding warewashing specialists Winterhalter and home of GenWare, Neville's, Suppliers of the year Awards.
Between the 30th and 31st of March 2023 at the Supplier and Sales Conference, our sales team had the opportunity to learn what products/ranges and sustainability efforts our suppliers will be doing in the next year.
