The following drinks would sit equally well on a high-end cocktail bar menu, as they would in a pub looking to branch out into new revenue streams.
Each drink is easily replicable with the right equipment, with no unusual or hard-to-find ingredients.

DRY MARTINI

METHOD
Add all ingredients to the mixing glass, add cubed ice & stir until diluted and ice cold. Strain into a chilled Martini glass, and garnish.

 

METHOD
Cut a lime in half and use the mexican elbow for 20ml juice. Add all ingredients straight into your hiball glass, add crushed ice and churn with a bar spoon. Add more crushed ice, a straw & garnish.

 

METHOD
Run a lime around the rim of a coupette glass, and press into a dish of rock salt. Add all ingredients to the small tin, fill up with cubed ice and seal with the boston shaker. Shake hard until the tins are frosted, and strain into the glass, pouring through the fine strainer.

METHOD
Add all ingredients to the mixing glass with cubed ice, and stir until preferred dilution. Strain into a rocks glass filled with cubed ice and squeeze the oils from the zest over the drink, before garnishing.

 

METHOD
Add all the ingredients except soda to a small tin, fill with cubed ice, seal, and shake very hard until the tins are frosted. Strain into a hiball glass filled with cubed ice, and top up with soda to the rim. Squeeze a lemon over the drink.

 

METHOD
Cut half a lime into quarters, add to rocks glass and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients with crushed ice and churn lightly. Top up with a little more crushed ice and add a short straw.
