Lockhart Host Their Biggest Ever Show At Wembley Stadium
Bunzl Lockhart Catering Equipment returned to Wembley Stadium, the iconic home of English football in September to host its 6th annual event to showcase the latest innovations in catering equipment with over 60 of the UK’s leading manufacturers. In what was its biggest show ever, visitors were able to get a first-hand look at new product ranges, learn about the latest trends and developments in the industry, whilst also gaining valuable insight from leading industry experts through live demonstrations.
‘The Show’ welcomed for the first year Lee Maycock, an expert on wild British game, who ran a workshop and gave insight to visitors. Lee has worked as a chef around the world and his passion for shooting and deer stalking has enabled him to work with the Countryside Alliance ‘game-to-eat’ campaign.
Visitors were also able to capitalise on further guest appearances from renowned industry experts – Mixologist James Trevillion from Bonzer and TV chef and food consultant, Andy Bates from the Food Network Channel. James ran an interactive cocktail bar, demonstrating new and innovative bar tools alongside old favourites to create eye-catching and profitable drinks, whilst Andy provided culinary inspiration on street food, inspired by his international travels with a live cooking demonstration and sampling for visitors.
