Speaking of the importance of food presentation, visit The Stage on Monday 2nd October at 2.30pm to see our seminar from Nicky Holmes at market research agency Zebra Square. We have commissioned research into whether a specific monetary value on the benefits of presenting food more effectively, by using more innovative and stylish tableware. Nicky will be presenting the research in her seminar, but you can also collect your copy of the research, “Presentation, Perception and Profits”, from the main Lockhart stand.

See the National Chef of the Year 2018 in action
Away from the Catering Equipment Expo, there’s lots more to see at The Restaurant Show, including the live final of the National Chef of the Year and Young National Chef of the Year 2018 competitions.
