Cocktail Masterclass With Genware's Bar Collection

Here at Lockhart Catering Equipment, we pride ourselves on our expert knowledge and industry insight. We want to innovate and inspire, and inspire our customer's to innovate. Showing current and future customers the latest catering equipment trends and how to utilise them to improve their business.

At our latest event at the London Innovation Centre, on Monday 10th April 2017, we did exactly that with Genware's latest Bar & Cocktail Collections.

Mixing Up A Storm

Held in partnership with Genware, we provided barware demo's featuring renowned mixologist and bar manager Terry Cashman.

During the evening, Terry provided insight into what makes a good cocktail, how to get the most from your ingredients, and which barware to use to impress your ever-growing customer base. Cocktails being created included:

• Caiprinha
• Martini
• Margarita
• Mojito
• Gin Fizz
• Old-Fashioned

As well as a Barware masterclass, we were also joined by Brazilian chef Ronaldo De Morais who provided fresh, tasty sushi throughout the event. Being presented on our exclusive Mirage melamine platters.
