A fan-assisted hot cupboard, powerful gantry lights and four glass heated hot tops keep food at the perfect serving temperature all throughout service period. Supplied with 13A plug, the unit has a fold up trayslide, is supplied on castors, is easy to manoeuvre, easy to clean and easy to operate. Hygiene is guaranteed with the full height sneeze screen and side screens.
