Temperature holding banquet trolley for temperature holding with stainless steel door 1/1 GN, 10 levels each with humidification. Made of food quality stainless steel Insulation by rockwool : 70 mm thick for walls and 45 mm thick for the door. Electronic contol thermostat with digital display (range from 60 to 85°c). Inside entirely radiused, with pressdrawn sliders and base. Stainless steel door with removable seal opens 270°. Carrying handle on sides and back. Circumferential bumper, moulded polyethylen bumper for models 5 levels. 4 wheels 2 of which with brake, with polyamid cover. Index of protection IP 25, for a cleaning throw cover.
