This new veg prep machine has been designed to operate nonstop. Its improved ergonomics means that users can load the hopper with one hand while operating the lever with the other hand. The lever is, of course, power-assisted. And that’s not all! The generous capacity of the largest hopper (a whole cabbage or up to 15 tomatoes) means that it has to be filled less often. The lateral ejection system makes it far more comfortable to work with, as well as saving valuable space in the kitchen.
