The Lincat Opus 800 Electric Fryer Single Tank 600mm is specifically designed to cope with the everyday rigours of a busy commercial kitchen, a task demonstrated by its heavy duty performance, excellent reliability, accurate control, super fast recovery, simple operation and easy cleaning. Pumped filtration means the oil can be filtered and the fryer ready to fry again in under 5 minutes, meaning oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot, maximising oil life.
